Goal Makers and Goal Breakers:
Congratulations goes to Fuller Saunders for being a Goal Makers and Goal Breakers in his 100 Fly. It’s not too late to turn in goal sheets for the Long Course Session to Coach Alan so you can be recognized for your achievements. As always, after you reach a goal don’t forget to set a new one… This is a great to track not only your swimming but for life. Even small steps forward is forward progress and every step gets you closer to the goal or milestone. Goals again should be challenging but with hard work and commitment still reachable, plus the bigger the goal is – the more small goals are need to be set up so to get you there.
