STAT Team will take the distance challenge from National Team

The South Tampa Aquatic Team will be participating in the distance challenge that the USA National Team is offering.  The STAT swimmers are gearing up for this challenge and we can't wait to see the results for our team!

National Team challenges you to swim the 1650  (12/18/2009)

The USA National Team challenges American swimmers to the National Team Distance Challenge

 

The challenge is to swim a 1650 for time between Dec.18 and Jan. 8, 2010 and submit the time to be ranked against all others taking the challenge across the nation.  A swimmer may submit one time from a competition or from a practice time trial during the challenge period.

 

The results of the top 100 performances will be compiled and published for the following events:

For consideration, all swims must be completed and the results submitted by Jan. 8, 2010. 

 

A swimmer’s age on the day of their swim determines eligibility.
