Terrana and Mates conquer Gasparilla at Northshore Pool

ARGH!!!!  The pirates were no where to be seen at the North Shore Pool in St. Pete.  The STAT swimmers performed like pirates as they were making their competition walk the plank!!

We had many great swims after just coming off an amazing FT. Myers swim trip.  Sierra Terrana (second time) swims the 100 butterfly and comes away with her first JO Time this season!  She just missed the 100 back by 4 tenths of a second.  She will be on the ship for some more great swims tomorrow.

Sierra Wills continues to work hard as she drops 1 second on her 50 free just missing the JO time by 5 tenths of a second.  Wills looks to explode from the blocks to the seas of great times tomorrow.

Martha Pointer set sail in the 400IM (first time swimming the event) with an impressive journey and achieving the 13-14 JO cut, then hops back on the ship a few minutes later to show the pirates her toughness in the 200 breast (improving her time) and finally sets her eyes on the 500 free and captures the ringing bell with another best time.  What will this pirate do tomorrow?

Emily Greiwe says eye...eye...captain and swims her first 200 breast. Captain Greiwe prepares for some smooth sailing tomorrow.

Abby Greiwe battles the water in the 100 back for a two second drop and sails to the wall.

All the STAT swimmers gave great efforts on Saturday.  What will the STAT pirates achieve tomorrow...

Stay tuned....
