Last Chance Meet

It was raining on Friday at the Last Chance Meet.  While it was raining outside the Long Center, inside it was pouring with STAT swimmers qualifying for the Junior Olympics.  We had four swimmers either qualify for their first event or added another event to their list.  Congrats to Sammy Baker for making her first JO time in the 50 back, Sarah Rossi (50 back), Sierra Terrana (50 fly), and Abby Kynes (200IM).  We had many great swims besides these races.  The coaches are very proud of the efforts that were given today.

The final day of the Last Chance meet was a great day for the STAT team.  We had many swimmers continue to improve on their times.  Closing out the day we had two swimmers in the 100 IM (Sierra Terrana and Abby Kynes) achieve the JO time standard.  The team is gearing up for the final meet of the 2009 - 2010 season!
